| Shanghai JC Intelligence Co., Ltd. is the only legitimate
proprietor of the information service and materials represented
via its website. the Company reserves the right to suspend
or cancel the membership of unqualified members, and even
lodge a lawsuit against the member who maliciously infringes
on the Website, and whose membership fees shall not be refunded.
Legitimate members have full access to corresponding information
service, and reserve the right to claim refunding for unqualified
service that fails to comply with membership agreement. |
| 2. Obligations |
| JC Intelligence (JCl) Website is duty-bound to regularly
provide members with the above-listed information service
while legitimate members are duty-bound to comply with the
membership agreement proposed by JC Intelligence (JCl) Website. |
| Subscription |
| All applications to the membership subscription will be
audited by the Company. To ensure the authenticity of information
submitted by applicants, the Company will audit registration
documents of all applicants within 24 hours, who should fill
out their contact information in detail (email address and
telephone number in particular), so as to avoid delaying application
process. At same time, applicants are advisable to make telephone
or write E-mail to the Company after registration, which will
definitely quicken the application process. |
| Any dispute arising during the course of the subscription
should be settled through negotiation. If no agreement can
be reached through the negotiation, each of the parties is
entitled to lodge a lawsuit to the court. The domiciled court
by the Company should have the jurisdiction of this instruction. |
| Shanghai JC Intelligence Co. Ltd. should contact members
15 days prior to the subscription expiry date and inquire
about their intention of whether to continue the subscription.
In the event that no response received or no intention to
continue the subscription, the Company is entitled to suspend
all the service for the member on expiry date. |
| Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability |
| For the information provided, Shanghai JC Intelligence Co.
Ltd. bears no warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
Shanghai JC Intelligence Co. Ltd. is not liable or responsible
for any loss or damage that may occur as a result of any business

of finance and investment risks, and thus any form of guarantee
and commitment is not provided (Except the service for VIP
members by consulting, advisory and strategy plan). |
| The Company is also exempt from any responsibility in the
case that members fail to access to the information service
in due time due to force majeure or an act of god (i.e. telecommunication
breakdown, power cut, etc.). However, if the inaccessibility
is caused by the Company due to its malfunction, the Company
is not exempt and is liable to double compensate the members
par the service fees of the month when such incidents occur. |
